WHAT DOES THE INSTALL REQUIRE?
We just need a date and time that you will be available and we will need access to your attic if you are in a single family home. We run a fiber line all the way to your point of choosing. We don’t reuse existing cabling as it is not fast enough to support our upload and download speeds.
WILL I HAVE BETTER WIFI?
We provide your initial install equipment free of charge. This equipment will generally cover a 2000-2500 sq/f with no problem at all. If you would like to extend your WiFi for a bigger home or to cover your backyard better, we have the ability to add mesh routers for only $5/Mo.
HOW LONG DOES THE INSTALL TAKE?
For a townhouse this usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour and for a single family home 2-3 hours depending on how big your attic is. This time includes the time to “bury the drop”.
When we bury the drop outside your home, we use a blade shovel to separate the ground and place the cable so that we do not need to dig anything up. When we leave, your lawn will look completely untouched.
DO I NEED MY OWN MODEM OR ROUTER?
You may use your own equipment if you’d like, but we provide all equipment you need free of charge and without rental fees!
WHAT OTHER FEES DO WE PAY?
None. The prices we have listed above are the actual prices you will see on your bill every month. We don’t have any hidden fees when it comes to pricing. The price you sign up with is always the price you pay.
