After this process is completed, we begin construction to add new conduit and fiber to your neighborhood. Our crews will need to dig to visualize where your existing lines are located since 811 gives us a location but not a depth.
This ensures that we do not interrupt any existing utilities ran to your home. Our construction crews will lay down tarps and remove the top layer of sod for replacement later.
All of the dirt from the hole is placed onto tarps to ensure you don’t have dirt or sand mixing back into your grass. Once installation of the conduit is complete, the original dirt from the ground is placed back into the hole and the sod is laid back on top to match up with your lawn, so you won’t even know we were there!
