Does this require any up front money from me or my HOA?
No. We will build a fiber to the home system in your community of homes, town homes, condos, or apartment buildings free of cost to you. Just sign up for the service and we will start immediately.
Will it require us to have personnel around to help?
The only time we will need to have someone around is when we are physically doing the in-home installations.
Additionally, for some condominiums or apartment buildings we need someone to give us access to the mechanical closets but we keep our need of your time to a minimum to ensure that we don’t interrupt your normal daily activities.
Why is your lowest internet package 500Mbps, can't we go lower?
We decided to keep our speeds fast to keep up with the times. More often than not, communities have been signing up for 100mbps service with our competitors on 7-10 year contracts. In the next 2 years, that speed will not be fast enough to handle the load of daily internet use. They give you a low speed so you have to call to upgrade and that’s where they get their money! We don’t want to build your entire community and give you a service you won’t be happy with. We go out of our way to ensure that you will love this service and keep coming back for more!
